Massively impressed with the service department. Had a warranty repair on our 24 Sportage. No questions asked and they accommodated us to our schedule. We’ve always been impressed with KIA anywhere we have been. Definitely recommend KIA of Cheyenne from sales to service they are TOP NOTCH!

Every contact I had at Kia has been amazing! From the initial phone call to scheduling… The employees and especially the shuttle driver was amazing!! Everything was handled with the courtesy and smiles and swiftness. I am a big fan of this company and my vehicle and have been for years.

I have known one of the owners of Kia for a while and value her as a person and have found the company is ,also, very trustworthy No high pressure - just want to satisfy customer. .Sales men took lots of time educating me and were not annoyed to have to show me several time - even said I may return for more education🙃 The owner was extremely helpful. Office staff are excellent! It was a tremendous experience.I LOVE driving my Blue Bird of Happiness! Thanks, Mary for introducing me to these great people!

Went in on18July for oil change in my 15 Sportage and 16 Sedona. As usual I was met with professionalism from Will in the service department. Had both my vehicles done in a timely matter. Dealership looks with nice with the new face-lift to the dealership.

Was wondering what was taking so long and then come to find out they had 2 recalls on the vehicle that they were taking care of. Only thing they could have done better was notify me sooner so I wasn't sitting there frustrated wondering why it was taking so long for basic maintenance.

I had my first experience with Kia Cheyenne, and it definitely won't be my last. This is my 4th lifetime Kia vehicle, and I've worked with multiple other dealerships in Colorado.
Without going into any negative, let me tell you what you'll love about Cheyenne Kia.
Honesty - they won't tell you that the miles decrease your value on a lease, when it doesn't matter for a trade in.
Value - they work hard to find you the best deal at your price range.
Kindness & friendliness - John Reynolds and Ed Petersen were both kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt valued and was treated respectfully. They have over 30 years of honest reputations
It's worth the 40 min drive from Fort Collins. You'd probably drive that anyway, just going anywhere in Northern Colorado!
The other thing that makes it worth it, is check out the "dealer fees" also known as "doc" fees. Watch for other hidden charges. You'll save about $200 just with their flat rate.. no hidden surprises
The only wishful thinking I would add is this. They sent me a text asking me to do a review, but there is no reminder for appointments:(
It would be great customer service to add a reminder text. I even get one from my pet Veterinarian;)

Service people were nice enough. Said they gave me a complimentary wash but my front windshield was still covered with marks from dead bugs. Would have appropriated it if they would have cleaned that.

Kia of Cheyenne did an excellent job. On fixing my catalytic converter.
Each representative was very kind and considerate and vigilant, with my concerns. And very adamant, to help, with any questions I had about the process. Overall, a great crew, wonderful team, looking out for the little guy. I do recommend kia of cheyenne to anyone looking for help with their kias our shopping for a new one. They do a great job.

I went in to get a car and was told that my credit score was not enough to get one so I went home and then with ten mins of me being home I got call saying could come get the car. They worked hard to find someone to take a chance on me after I left. They were very nice and helpful with everything
